 Students' mental health is a very sensitive subject, especially in light of the global COVID-19 bio-war that is currently being waged. Since educator are typically the first line of defense for their students, it is also a crucial concern for them. Education specialists recognise that there is much that can be done to support children who are experiencing mental health challenges and that a student's mental health has an impact on learning and achievement.   The first and foremost to student improve their mental health is do what piques their interest. What do they enjoy doing? Is it dancing, reading, drawing, or gardening? Simply remember that you are doing your best because everyone's journey is uniquetry to put your attention on yourself rather than on comparisons. Pay attention to your strengths and practice strengthening exercises. Recognize your areas of weakness and constructively address them. Just ignore what other people perspective about yourself.Just be confident and ignore all the negatives though.  

   Addittionally, educational institution also need to make an important role to ensure that their students mental health is in a good state. For example, any university can develope a health and wellness center and the wellness center offer a  theraphy, counselling, supports groups,disabilty advocacy and mental health education. They also can employed a staff composed of phsychologist, psychiatrists, caunselor, nurse, case manager, and peer support. So, if the student had any problem and needs help, they can receive prescription over the counter medication. They also can make a hotline for student contact with expert to seek an oppinions or any advice.

   As a matter of facts, one of the solutions for student mental health is getting a proper sleep. The amount of sleep that a college student gets is one of the strongest predictors of academic success. Students should get the proper amount of sleep at night to help stay focused, improve concentration, and improve academic performance. Sleep plays a key role in helping students fix and consolidate memories, plus prevent decay of memories. Without sleep, people work harder and but don't do as well. Sleep also can Reduce stress and improve your mood. Not only does it help you maintain your physical and mental health, it also helps in maintaining a decent and healthy lifestyle along with ensuring safety from a number of fatal diseases.

 Futhermore, other solution for student mental health is parents need to be concerned about their children who are students at university. This is because parents are the only place of expression for them at this time. This can reduce the pressure on students who have problems in learning management especially those with mental problems. For example, parents need to contact them at least 2 times a week to make sure they are doing well.
